Attention

1. The reagent should be stored at 2-8°C. Ensure that the solution precipitates are dissolved before use.

2. The colored coating solution can indicate the liquid addition status of the well plate, and its color will not affect the OD reading.

3. The TMB substrate is toxic and should be avoided contact with skin.

4. The substrate stop solution does not contain sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, or phosphoric acid, making it safer than traditional stop solutions, but still avoid contact with skin.

5. The incubation time for the substrate is approximately 5-15 minutes, generally not exceeding 30 minutes. When the highest concentration standard sample turns dark blue, immediately stop the color development. Alternatively, measure the absorbance of the highest concentration standard sample at 620nm, and when it reaches 0.9-0.95, immediately stop the reaction.

6. Select a primary wavelength of 450nm, and optionally use 610-650nm as the reference wavelength to measure the absorbance.

7. Please wear laboratory coats, protective glasses, and gloves when using it.
